| At present,we are in a new era guided by the construction of ecological civilization.The construction of human settlement environment is receiving more and more attention.As an important part of it,the renovation of old communities is a major development and people’s livelihood project.In recent years,it has become more and more popular by the country.Pay attention.However,the old community has undergone several reconstructions in its development process,but it has not been able to meet the needs of residents,which still leads to its current decline.How to avoid the problems in the past,how to rebuild the neighbor relationship of the old community,stimulate its endogenous motivation,and make it self-management and autonomy are problems that need to be solved urgently.The responsible planner system being implemented in Beijing has brought new development opportunities and new exploration directions for the transformation of old communities.The theory of community building is often closely linked with the system of community planners.Therefore,this article takes the theory of community building as a reference.Guide research.Taking the Beijing Exhibition Road block as the scope and the public space of the old community as the research object,this issue is studied.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It summarizes the background,purpose,and significance of the research,and defines related concepts such as "old community","public space",and "community building".Then,it summarizes the old community at home and abroad by collating documents.The development process and model of transformation and community building theory are sorted out.The second chapter is the methodological research.First,build the public space system of the old community based on the needs of residents,and then conduct in-depth research on the theory of community construction,sum up the experience from the best practices at home and abroad,and discuss the construction ideas,construction content,construction process,and construction.Results Four levels of analysis,analysis of its core connotation,and then analysis of the necessary conditions to realize its core connotation,in order to theoretically guide the reconstruction of the public space of the old community.The third chapter is to conduct a comprehensive investigation by selecting typical samples from the old communities in Zhanzhan Road Street,Beijing,including the construction phase,the transformation phase and the status quo,analyze the evolution of the public space of the old communities,and summarize the problems in the past transformation.The fourth chapter is the study of strategies and practical methods.The system is constructed from four levels of reengineering thought,reengineering content,reengineering process,and reengineering results,and puts forward the strategies of combining upper and lower,comprehensive guidance,participatory design,and companion operation,respectively.And to study specific and operable reconstruction methods.The fifth chapter is design practice,select typical representative communities,summarize their practical operations under the responsibility planner system,and explore and study their optimization points under the guidance of community construction theory to improve practical significance.Finally,the full text is summarized.The biggest difference between the reconstruction of public space from the perspective of community creation and the previous reconstruction is that it is not looking for a ready-made solution or identification,but in the process of guiding residents to choose among the available options to establish their own solutions And identification.Want to create a "possible space",leave room in the design,guide the residents to participate in the follow-up process,and form the residents’ own design. |
