Study On The Space Design Strategies Of Community Revitalization For Construction Community Identity

After the reform and opening up,China was liberated from the era of planned economy,and the disintegration of the unique "unit system" in the past,which also led to the dissolution of the community "unit identity".The resulting problem is the loss of "unit identity" while new community identity is not established.In the old communities that have lost their identity,the residents have poor relations and interpersonal indifference,and they erode the public resources of the community in their own ways for their own benefit.These problems lead to the decline of the community to different degrees.In communities where some units fail and lose economic support to maintain the physical environment,with the further deterioration of the environment,high-ability residents gradually move out of the community and choose another home,while low-income individuals move in,the evolution process gradually disintegrates the overall capacity of the community,thus forming a cycle of decline.In order to prevent the decline of community development,it is necessary to establish the model and capacity of community benign development.The most important is to build community identity,rebuild the community cohesion and unity of the social state,restore the community self-development of cohesion.Therefore,this thesis takes "community identity",a community psychological element,as the entry point,to study the social environment of the community,proposes the "Evaluation and measurement method of community identity" to quickly assess the status of community identity,and combines the evaluation of the physical environment of community identity to study the environmental status of six typical community representatives in Kunming.In the end,this paper puts forward a comprehensive construction strategy to promote the community social environment from two aspects of social and spatial methods,aiming at five representative types of declining communities.Finally,it integrates the two tools of "Basic community construction Strategy table to promote community identity construction" and "Community Classification construction strategy table",and serves as a reference for community renewal strategy aiming at community social construction.
