This thesis fouses on the construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Wind River Bridge project,by referring to the related literature at home and abroad,and the practical survey research,using project management knowledge and engineering economy theory.The emphysis of the pasage is to do comprehensive evaluation focusing on the three levels of financial evaluation,environmental impact assessment and social assessment.So as to provide theoretical support for the benefit evaluation of the project or similar projects.This paper is composed of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance and purpose of the project research.The second chapter introduces the general situation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Wind River Bridge project.The content of the third to fifth chapters are the economic evaluation,the environment impact assessment and social evaluation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Wind River Bridge project.Some conclusions are in the last chapter.By doing research and analysis,the paper draws the following conclusions:Guangxi Beibu Gulf Wind River Bridge project conforms to the national transportation industry planning,the road network planning in Beibu Gulf area of autonomous region,and the demand of economic and social development and people's traveling.The project has a direct positive effect on Beibu Gulf area's tourism,logistics industry,agriculture,fishery.After the completion of this project,it can save a lot of energy,reducing the waste of resources,is conducive to the sustainable development of the national economy.From the perspective of energy conservation,construction project is in line with the current national policy.This construction project is feasible in economic and has great social benefits.
