Research On Safety Risk Management Of SHC Construction Engineering Project

SHC construction engineering project is the first project of Z company in Changning district of Shanghai.With the rapid development of Changning,the urban land resources becoming increasingly scarce.In order to improve the utilization of urban land,the high-rise building now is playing a dominant role in modern city construction.SHC project is a typical representative of high-rise building in Changning district.The existing security risk in the construction process is becoming more prominent due to the characteristics of multiple layers and large quantity of high-rise building construction.The thesis references the theory and method of the domestic related construction safety management,risk identification,risk assessment,fully considering the high-rise building project construction safety production characteristic and actual needs,and deeply analyse the risk of safety problem of SHC project in the process of the construction project.The safety risk during SHC construction progress as the research object,based on the study of risk assessment theory and high-rise building construction safety theory,the FTA model and index system of risk assessment of main safety accidents in high-rise building construction has been established by using the FTA method as safety risk identification method of high-rise building construction.Combining the method of ANP and FCE,the safety of high-rise building construction was assessed.Finally,according to the idea of construction safety risk control of SHC project,this thesis proposes the response measures of the construction safety risk.This study can be more objective analysis of SHC construction engineering in the implementation of the project risk,for risk management decision-makers provide the basis for development of a risk control strategies,which carried out a similar construction engineering project will be a very valuable study.
