Research On Safety Risk Assessment Of High-rise Building Construction

With the rapid development of urbanization construction in China，the urban landresources becoming increasingly scarce. In order to improve the utilization of urban land，thehigh-rise building now is playing a dominant role in modern city construction. Although therapid development of high-rise building is the manifestation of the continuous progress ofhuman technology，the existing security risk in the construction process is becoming moreprominent due to the characteristics of multiple layers and large quantity of high-rise buildingconstruction.The safety risk during high-rise building construction progress as the research object，based on the study of risk assessment theory and high-rise building construction safety theory，the FTA model and index system of risk assessment of main safety accidents in high-risebuilding construction has been established by using the FTA method as safety risk identificationmethod of high-rise building construction. Combining the method of ANP and FCE，the safetyof high-rise building construction was assessed. Finally，the practicability of the model andmethod was verified by engineering example.In this paper，the specific research work and results are as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of the main safety accidents system in high-rise buildingconstruction，the corresponding FTA model of main accidents in high-rise building constructionwas established. The index system of safety risk assessment in high-rise building wasestablished from human factor、material factor、equipment factor、management factor andenvironment factor by analyzing the basic events of FTA model.(2) Based on the research of ANP and FCE method，the safety risk assessment model ofhigh-rise building construction was established. In order to realize the assessment result morescientific，the specific quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria of established assessmentindex system was developed.(3) Combining the specific under construction high-rise building example，the safety riskof the high-rise building construction example was assessed by using the establishedcomprehensive assessment model. Finally， the established model was practically andfunctionally proved.
