| In recent years,with the popularization of cars,car beauty shop have sprung up in the residential area,then there was noise pollution,air pollution,traffic disturbance,insufficient parking space and so on,such problems more and more get the attention of residents.As a new convenient facilities,different from the general public service facilities,the characteristics of the location points and architectural space form of the car beauty shop can bring different effects to settlements residents and investors.This study was to explore the optimization strategy of location points and architectural space form of the car beauty shop.Through the theoretical research to study the previous study and the status quo.Combining theory with practice,through the typed analysis and feature analysis to understand the distribution form and the architectural space form of the car beauty shop.According different geographical characteristics to selected four typical residential area in hefei,through field investigation and questionnaire,combining objective research and residents satisfaction evaluation to analyzed.The Comparison of average satisfaction evaluation obtained the car beauty shop is more popular when it's a centralized arrangement around the residential area.And combined with satisfaction we can calculated the ideal state of car beauty parking spaces.Through the factor analysis method indicates that the main impact factor for car beauty shop is the environment factor,the space factor,the scope of radiation factor,the traffic factor,the function factor,the sharing factor.Based on the research results,the optimization direction and optimization strategy of the car beauty shop are obtained.The conclusion of this study to improve the residential car beauty facilities has practical significance and has theoretical significance for residential development and construction,the establishment of the relevant norms and investment activities. |
