Research On The Survey And Analysis Of The Residential Neighborhood With Public Service Facilities

In Chapter 1,research background is introduced.To be exact,the research is conducted under general backgrounds of intensified population aging,changes to family size,living area per capita and consumption structure.Meanwhile,major concepts of this paper,related preliminary theoretical research,research ideas and outline of this study are defined.In Chapter 2,an introduction is made to planning background of Suzhou Industrial Park,research objects of this paper and their situation.In other words,public service facilities and residents of neighborhoods are preliminarily analyzed.These two chapters are categorized as the first part of this paper,foreshadowing and introducing the principal research.In this paper,three main categories of public service facilities in neighborhoods of Suzhou Industrial Park are determined as research objects,including neighborhood centers,neighborhood parks and educational facilities(for elementary schools and those for nine-year compulsory education).As the second part of this paper,Chapter 3 investigates and analyzes basic information of these three types of facilities.As part 3 of this paper,Chapter 4 classifies layout of public service facilities in neighborhoods of the industrial park into five types,describing and analyzing characteristics of those five layouts.As the 4th part of this paper,Chapter 5 conducts a pertinent field survey of relationships between residents and public service facilities mainly based on a questionnaire survey on satisfaction.As the result part of this paper,in Chapter 6,suggestions are proposed to adjust technical strategies for different categories of public service facilities and their layouts in light of analytical results of the questionnaire.
