Research On Space Layout Optimization Of Public Service Facilities Of Mining Town

At present, mining towns face unprecedented development opportunity with our country resources city sustainable development planning and planning of the new urbanization. Due to the social background of "behind closed doors" and single economic development model, mining towns not only form the general small town "city", "township" binary structure, but also form the unique "mine", "town" binary structure. The influence of the "double dual structure" directly results the situation which is the public service facilities long-standing existing in mining area and also small towns these two systems. This situation destroys the balance of the space layout of urban public service facilities, causing the management confusion, and resulting inefficiency of the public service and so on. It seriously influences the new urbanization advancement and sustainable development of mining towns.This article selects the Xuzhou mining towns as the research object. First of all, doing a research on 16 mining towns within the scope of the city, and dividing them into tightly bound type, partially bound type and fully separation type based on the spatial relations between the mining and towns. Secondly, selecting three different towns which are Liu Xin town, Long Gu town and Liu Ji town to represent three different types above, and do a detail research on them. The research is specifically about reviewing the current situation of the space layout of the four kinds public facilities for public welfare which are medical and health care, education, culture, sports and entertainment, and then summarizes its problems such as unbalanced layout, unified public service system, and insufficient supply and update.According to the problems of the space layout of the urban public service facilities which the sample towns have, we try to explore the formation of the internal cause and external cause, then seek the agent and demand of the space layout optimization. And with two goals established, which are promoting the integration of the public service facilities system of "mine" and "town", and coordinating development and constructing the public service facilities structure system of small towns, we summarize and raise guide optimization, spatial structure optimization, the function layout optimization, management system optimization these four optimization strategies. Finally, this article selects the Longgu town of Pei Xian as an example, aiming at the existing problem of the public service facilities space layout, putting forward the corresponding optimization strategies to guide the coordinated development of Long Gu town public service facilities, and promote its healthy and sustainable development of the town.
