Study On The Planning And Construction Of Small Towns In Ta-pieh Mountains Area In West Of Anhui Province

Facing the background of rapid economic and social development in China,China’s small town construction and development is still in its infancy,and the theoretical research on small towns is not perfect enough.How to grasp the development of the small towns macroscopically and systematically,but also to focus on local characteristics?Based on the previous studies on the small towns,this paper takes the planning and construction of the small town which in Ta-pieh Mountains area as the starting point.According to the research results of the unique regional characteristics in the Ta-pieh Mountains,around the main factors of social,economic,environmental and other aspects,it explores the influencing factors of the planning and construction of small towns in the Ta-pieh Mountains in west of Anhui province.And then through the AHP and Delphi method,this paper evaluates the importance and satisfaction of each index.Based on the results of cross analysis of importance and satisfaction,the paper puts forward the suitable planning strategies for the construction and development of small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains.Under the background of the new urbanization,this paper puts forward the suitability planning strategy which integrates the form layout,supporting facilities,ecological construction,as well as the characteristics shaping and system management into the planning and construction of the small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains in west of Anhui province,and so we can achieve the goal of multi-objective coordinated development of Ta-pieh Mountains Area.This paper tries to resolve the difficulties in the construction and development of the Dabie Mountains.At the same time,this paper provides some theoretical basis and experience reference for the construction and development of small towns in China.The study shows that:(1)Based on the study of the characteristics of small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains,this paper defines the regional characteristics and practical needs of small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains in west of Anhui province.(2)Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism,through the evaluation of the importance and satisfaction of the small town planning and construction,the paper puts forward the suitability planning strategy.Mainly includes: optimizing the layout and form of small towns;improving the supporting facilities;strengthening the ecological environment construction;optimizing the industrial structure and innovating the planning and construction mechanism system of small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains in west of Anhui province.(3)Linking theory with practice,This paper applies the suitable planning strategy to the actual project,and in the end,this paper realizes the goal of multi-objective coordinated development of small towns in Ta-pieh Mountains in west of Anhui province.
