| Over the30years of reform and opening up, especially in the past20years, China’s nationaleconomy has maintained a swift growth, which has also driven the rapid development of theconstruction industry. Construction is both the key link and the accident-prone link in theconstruction industry, therefore, the safety issues in construction aspect has been widespreadconcern in society and academia. The electrical and mechanical installation is an important part ofthe construction works and its safety issues during construction has been a hot issue. For a longtime, the business community and the academic community have made a lot of efforts to establishthe safety&environmental protection system, laying a solid foundation for the assurance ofconstruction safety in the mechanical and electrical installation projects. This paper, starting fromthe point of view of risk, taking construction aspect of mechanical and electrical installationproject as research object and using the theories and methods such as management, technicaleconomics, project management, risk management, system engineering, etc., does research onidentification, analysis, assessment and response to safety risk during electrical and mechanicalinstallation construction. By means of identification of safety risk, it got the main elements andcomprehensive risk index of safety risk during electrical and mechanical installation construction,on that basis, it established safety risk assessment index system of electrical and mechanicalinstallation construction with such methods as survey questionnaire, statistical analysis, factoranalysis, etc., safety risk assessment model with information entropy and single indexunascertained measure. By verifying a company’s actual project, it gives specific risk responsemeasures finally and Provides theoretical support for the improvement of safety level in the phaseof electrical and mechanical installation construction. |
