In recent years,with rapid development of economy and the acceleration of global integration,filling speed,weighing precision required have improved,and the weighing control instrument,which is the core of the filling equipment determines the precision and speed of filling equipment.Traditional weighing control instrument with the MCU as the core,it has simple structure and single function.It cannot meet the requirement of precision and speed,cannot meet the actual demand of the enterprise.This design applies the wavelet algorithm for the above problem in the design of weighing control instrument,we design a new type of weighing control instrument that used in filling equipment.First of all,the design analysis the mechanical structure of the filling equipment and working process of the filling operation.According to the requirement of users and the actual working process,the design makes the system overall design scheme.Then from the aspects of system hardware design,software design and software filtering algorithm,this paper expatiates the process of design.Finally,the test and analysis of the system were carried out to verify the real-time performance of system,static weighing precision,accuracy of measurement and filling speed,the experimental results show that this designed instrument can reach the design requirement.The hardware design of the system is based on the principle of modular design.The system adopts S3C6410 embedded processor as the hardware core.The system software is based on the embedded Linux system,and the Qt framework is used to design the system.Due to the filling equipment in the filling operation will produce large noise,some noise may be superimposed to the output signal of sensor,to cause a decline in instrument performance,so this design adopts the software filtering method to suppress noise.Software filtering algorithm based on wavelet theory,to design a wavelet domain adaptive threshold filtering algorithm,and adopt the MATLAB software to complete the simulation experiment,verify the filtering effect of the algorithm.The design of the filling equipment weighing control instrument to achieve the design requirements of the accuracy and filling speed.And it can achieve centralized management and control functions.So it has a better market competitiveness.
