Study On The Cement Concrete Mixing Equipment Weighing Control System Base On The BP Algorithm

Concrete mixing station is a special equipment used toproduce the concrete pavement, mixing station performance quality directly affectsthe quality of the finished product and then affecting cement concrete cementpavement’s forming flexural strength and service longevity, the study of concretemixing equipment has a very important significance.Batching control system based on the batching control algorithm is studied andimproved, traditional mixing station use iterative learning control law. finding inpractical application that the shortcomings of traditional iterative learning controlmethod: iterative slow, large fluctuations in relative error, on this basis, onealgorithm based on BP neural network is proposed, improving the convergence andstability of the system has improved.Weighing display controller based on STC90C58RD+microcontroller isdesigned. The sensor’s linearity is high, MAX9618amplifier has low offset voltageand amplification factor is120,24-bit ADS1256ADC uses a unique Σ-Δ modulatorand a digital filter with the PGA greatly improving conversion accuracy, whileconversion device has internal integration of multi-channel. Mixing station controllerovercomes the shortcomings of each sensor separately configured weighinginstruments and reduces the cost of the control system. Describing each chip wiringscheme and arrangement of wire, power, ground, anti-jamming measures.Designing weighing display controller’s main program module, keyboardmodule, AD converter module, LED display module. And by Proteus simulationexperiments, I carry out on the design. Derived from the experimental results,Weighing display controller is suit for weighing more than25%FS.Relative errorrange is less than0.08%, far from meeting the regulatory requirements, we can saycompared to other weighing controller,the design’s weighing accuracy in this paper is more accurate.The mixing station’s water structure has many defects, larger water hammerdamage reduces the service longevity of the pneumatic butterfly valve and waterweighing precision is low, the dosage of additive and water cement ratio of has verybig effect on concrete quality, the design is suitable for the new admixture scale andwater scale, the internal storage tank can effectively reduce the water hammer, andcombining with BP neural iterative learning method to design the correspondingcontrol process, improving the water weighing accuracy.
