For product manufacturing enterprises,the traditional job-shop scheduling and flow shop scheduling already can not meet the personalized needs of customers with each passing day,integrated dispatching arises at the historic moment,it will be a virtual product assembly for a special processing,the product processing and assembly process with scheduling,solve the inner relationship split problem between the product processing and assembly of traditional scheduling method,improve the production efficiency.After years of research,the general integrated scheduling problem has been the realization of the system,and in the actual production process,the piece of complex product will always appear all sorts of problems in the processing,for example,in order to avoid the products caused by machining quality problem can't complete assembly or component itself metamorphism caused by long time exposure,affect product processing progress,often need some process after the completion of processing to detect the degree of matching and then enter the next scheduled for processing.This paper mainly studies the composite scheduling problem of single-piece complex products with multiple processes end the requirements at the same time.In the comprehensive scheduling study of the past,the product of exist multiple processes end the requirements at the same time that adopt the method of separately positive-sequence scheduling to realize the single workshop working procedure at the same time of the end of the piece composite scheduling research of complex product,but this method moves the special procedure many times,causes the operation to be complex and the equipment resources are idle,and has significant limitations.In order to further improve the productionefficiency and make the product processing can be generalized,puts forward the multi-shop reverse sequential scheduling algorithm with the multiple processes at the same time of the end.In this paper,exist at the same time,the author requires a special end constraints,in turn,a single set of single workshop multistep end at the same time,single workshop more groups of multistep end at the same time,more multiple sets of workshop process at the same time of the end of the study on a series of hierarchical comprehensive scheduling problem.Design the reverse sequential batch dispatching strategy,and divide the product process into virtual parts and separate them into multi-parts respectively;Design reverse start strategy at the same time,the virtual process group at the same time began to reverse processing;Adopt the strategy of reverse dynamic critical path to determine the scheduling order in the process in which there is no simultaneous end constraint;Design the determine strategy of reverse workshop to determine the process of processing workshops.Finally through the example analysis shows in this paper,the existence of end at the same time requirements with product has more extensive applicability.
