The marine main engine oil supply unit is the important part of main engine fuel oil system,which has significiant influence on the security of ship operation.Based on an extensive reading of reference literatures,we conclude the disadvantages of traditional main engine oil supply unit,such as bad real-time capability and poor human-computer interaction.We propose a new type of marine main engine oil supply unit control system,which adopts embedded microprocessor S3C2440A as the MCU,adopts ? C/OS-? as the operating system and adopts touch screen as the operating and displaying tool in order to improve the real-time capability and traditional human-computer interaction of marine main engine oil supply unit automatic control system.The main work of this paper is to design the marine main engine oil supply unit control system hardware and software.In terms of the hardware design,we uses Altium Designer 6.9 to design the hardware circuit principle diagram and complete the PCB layout according to the functions and requirements of control system.The hardware circuit mainly includes power supply module,analog/digital signal input and output module,communication module(CAN communication,Ethernet communication andRS232 serial communication)and soon.Then,we use the "PCB wiring and mask-making technology" principle to propose relevant methods,which could improve the reliability and stability of the system hardware circuit board effectively.In terms of software design,the fuzzy PID control algorithm of fuel oil viscosity and its MATLAB simulation are firstly studied;Then transplantation of the ? C/OS-?embedding operating system is completed;Then the controlling task program design,the HMI design of main engine oil supply unit and remote monitoring software are completed by using Keil MDK,DGUS and C#respectively.Finally,marine main engine oil supply unit control system functions are verified by completing debugging and relevant experiments.This new control system of marine main engine oil supply unit has a lot of advantages.It uses multi-thread and multi-level interrupt mechanism to satisfy the real-time requirement of the control system.It also uses the touch screen to make the displaying and parameter setting of man-machine interface more convenient.Moreover,the new system also has following advantages:low cost,good stability,more moduling and more networking,etc.Therefore,the research of this system could has positive significance to boost further intelligent marine main engine oil supply unit.
