Along with the development of technology and increasing scale of power grid, the blackout accidents are always followed by enormous loss of economy and society. At the same time, along with the improvement of hardware and software and communication equipment reliability, human error has become the main reason for electrical accidents both in the beginning and process of accident. However, research on human factors has not obtained enough attention that it deserves. As the operation type and task scene are complex, human factors involved in power system operation are of great difference. We mainly analyzed the impact of human factors on condition-based maintenance, established human reliability analysis model on dispatching operation, and proposed a basic framework of database system of human factor in power system.1.Aimed at the shortcomings of less considering of human factors in the maintenance of power equipment and the low efficiency of maintenance,a multi-stage maintenance model of the condition-based maintenance and planned maintenance of power equipment based on the time delay theory and incorporating human factors in condition detection and maintenance is established. Then the cycles of both maintenance methods are optimized to minimum the cost per unit time.Case studies demonstrate that choosing reasonable cycles could minimize the cost of equipment maintenance and improve maintenance efficiency compared to condition based maintenance alone. What also demonstrated by the result is considering human errors in condition detection and maintenance of equipment has very positive effect to optimize the maintenance cycles.2.We established the model of human reliability and risk evaluation of dispatching operation in power system. On the basis of improved t CREAM method, the human factors were modeled at historical and real-time levels. This model could be used to assess the HEP and accident consequences of each step in dispatching process.Test results on IEEE-RTS79 system demonstrate that the established model can reasonably quantify the operational risk caused by human factors in power system dispatching operation, and provide the basis for further control of operational risk of power system.3.The lack of method and data in human reliability analysis(HRA)is becoming an important reason for preventing the development of HRA in power system. In allusion to the status of HRA in power systems, this paper proposed an expanded cognitive model and PIFs hierarchy related to power system operation. Then a database system of human factor in power system was established, which named as Human reliability database system(HRDS),with functions of data collection, data management, human error probability(HEP)calculation and data sharing mechanism. So the database system could verify the applicability of the reliability analysis method and provide data for developing new human reliability analysis method.
