Research On Cost Control Of Engineering Project Based On Improved Earned Value Method

Cost management is one important component of the nine elements of project management,while cost control is the core of it.The past process of cost control is to issue-use-addition,and short of the initiative and dynamics of cost control.According to the project implementation stage of the cost control,the thesis puts forward the whole project cost control operation process of cost control baseline establishment,cost control analysis and cost deviation influence factors and improvement measures.Based on the theory and framework of project cost control,from the perspective of statistics,the author aims at in-depth analysis of the existing earned value method,and extensive research into the correlation parameters,a break through in the traditional earned value method only considering cost and schedule,so as to introducing project scope variables,to optimize earned value method,develope the method of project cost control,and make cost control work more scientific and efficient.Take Tianjin demonstration projects of small towns as an example,the thesis puts the whole framework of project cost control,and cost control and management of project into practice,proves the operability of the theory,and puts forward detailed analysis of cost deviation and corresponding measures for improvement.Ultimately,the thesis proposes the research and application of Earned Value Method in the process of cost control in the future,which based on research and the experience,both positive and negative aspects,originated in practice.
