Self-organization theory is one of the important theory of the study of complex system.China has developed self-organization theory for urban spatial development since the 1980s,and has gradually formed the theory of self-organization urban theory,which provides a new perspective and method for studying the development of urban space.With the rapid development of urban subway and urban economy,the commercial space near the subway station has become the hotspot of urban space development and urban planning.Applying self-organization theory and self-organizing urban theory to interpret the evolution of commercial space near the subway station,trying to explore the inherent law of commercial evolution,and provide reference for more reasonable business planning.the commercial space near the subway station is part of the urban space,with obvious passenger-related characteristics,can be regarded as a complete system;the dissipative structure characteristics of the system of commercial space near the Subway station,to verify the self-organization theory is applied to the feasibility of the self-organizing evolution of commercial space;Thus,with the and of the self-organizing theory,self-organization theory,analysis the characteristics and difficulties of self-organization evolution,and the commercial space evolution of the organization,his organization and the relationship between the self-organizing and explanation.To implement the self-organization evolution to a specific space,the author selected four typical subway stations to Chengdu Metro Line 1,Line 2 adjacent to the municipal commercial center,regional business center,community-based business center and urban suburban center,using the method of time efficiency,to analyze the difference of commercial space self-organization before and after the opening of the subway,and summarize the spatial characteristics and problems of the self-organization evolution of commercial space.Based on the above research,for a more systematic understanding of the evolution of the commercial space near the subway station,from the cause of the evolution,motivation,external environment and the stage characteristics of commercial space self-organization evolution to analyze.At the same time,based on the viewpoint of the behavior main body(consumers and businesses)to build the commercial space self-organization evolution mechanism,in order to comprehensively and deeply grasp the inherent law of commercial space evolution.On the whole,this paper focuses on the research of self-organization related content.While the main body of the commercial space self-organization evolution are businesses and consumers,and the interaction between them leads to the self-organization evolution of the commercial space.So the author not only use self-organizing theory and self-organizing urban theory to analyze the self-evolution of the commercial space,but also from the perspective of the merchant and the consumer to study the self-evolution,in order to more detailed the internal mechanism of the commercial space self-organization evolution.
