With the rapid development of China's subway traffic,the commercial space of the subway station area has also emerged as much as the spring.However,for the moment,there are still some problems in the layout of commercial space in the station domain.For example,the commercial space of the station domain is insufficient for the use of aggregated people,and there is no effective and reasonable guidance.There is no targeted platform business for different spatial organization modes.Space design and the lack of targeted selection of business formats in the layout of the business,to a certain extent,their own functions and the use of urban underground space have a negative impact,in order to solve the above problems,this paper mainly made the following research:Firstly,the thesis studies the composition of the commercial space of the metro transfer station and the layout of the business.In terms of composition,the connection space between the transfer site and the station domain and the organizational elements and spatial organization mode of the commercial space of the station are analyzed separately,which provides a basic analysis for the later research.Then it analyzes the layout and types of the business domain and the behavior patterns of the consumers separately,provides theoretical support for the optimization of the post-production layout,and then summarizes the main problems with the author's field research and literature review.In the third chapter,the theories and research ideas of space syntax are expounded.The spatial syntactic theory and quantitative indicators are compiled.The applicability of spatial syntactic analysis methods is selected.Then the research status of spatial syntax in commercial space is sorted out.Finally,the paper analyzes the results of syntactic analysis for the practical application of the commercial space layout of the station.Based on the research of the second and third chapters,the fourth chapter firstly summarizes the commercial space of Chengdu's station area,and selects three typical cases,namely Chunxi Road Station,Taiyangli,Provincial Gymnasium Station.Syntactic analysis of Raffles City Plaza and Tianzhan Square Station's Jinzhan Shopping Center,combined with five major syntactic indicators: visual integration,visual depth,visual obscuration,visual transparency and intelligibility,using syntactic parameters to conduct business in different spaces.Interpret and propose a space transformation plan.Then combined with the on-the-spot investigation of the layout of the commercial space of the three stations,combined with the syntactic research of the previous article,the specific proposal of the layout is proposed.According to the previous research results,the fifth chapter proposes an optimization strategy for the organization mode and layout of the three formats of network format,radiant and wraparound,and provides reference for the future layout of commercial space layout.
