| With the acceleration of the speed of China’s construction,the urbanization rate has continued to increase.With the development of domestic infrastructure construction in full swing,rail transit construction has become the focus of urban infrastructure construction.However,at the same time of construction,it also brought about corresponding contradictions and confusion.After continuous exploration and development in the construction of foreign rail transit in the last century,a wave of integration of rail transit space and urban space was created and excellent results were achieved.In view of the current social development situation in China,how to make full use of the development opportunities brought about by rail transit construction is a key issue that needs to be resolved.This paper aims at the current status of infrastructure construction and urbanization in China’s rail transit,adopts a combination of literature review and field surveys,and compares outstanding cases with surveys and analyses.It uses Nanjing metro transport sites as research objects,with rail transit sites and commercial facilities.The space coupling design space organization is the main research content,from the aspects of functional organization,streamline connection,spatial integration and so on.Based on the combination of research conclusions and foreign excellent case studies,the space types and design strategies of coupling design are summarized.Finally,this paper gives relevant suggestions for the coupling design of rail transit stations and commercial space.The difficulties and challenges faced by the coupled design of rail transit stations and commercial space are summarized,and valuable theoretical guidance and strategic reference for future related engineering practice are provided. |
