| The evolution of urban space is the result of self-organization and other organizations.The characteristics of dissipative structure,such as openness,non-linearity,non-equilibrium and fluctuation,as well as the non-specific intervention in the evolution process of rail transit station space indicate that it is a self-organizing system.As a high-density and high-value development,the station commercial space is also a unity of self-organization and other organizations.In recent years,under the traction of urban rail transit,the station area has become a resource gathering place.In the face of the huge "traffic dividend",the management department usually pays more attention to the traffic distribution function of the station space and the commercial value of the "God perspective".The attention to the internal connection between the "station passenger flow business" and the development of the spatial system is slightly insufficient.Some blind large-scale construction activities lead to the disorder of the commercial space order in the station area,and the development effect is not very ideal.Based on the concept of Station City integration,how to intensively and efficiently develop the downtown station area business,how to effectively use the station opportunity to realize transformation and upgrading and promote the renewal of the old city is an urgent problem in the era of rail transit.Exploring the internal logic and mechanism of the development and evolution of the commercial space in the station area,exploring the development mode and future trend is the core of the "self-organization evolution of the station commercial space",and also the main problem studied and discussed in this paper.This paper first combs the current situation background and related research situation of commercial space development in rail station area,and makes it clear that the essence of the problem lies in the contradiction between other organization design and self-organization,and the imbalance between space function and structure.Then,based on the self-organization theory,the basic research on the self-organization of the commercial space in the station area is established.Secondly,the empirical research is carried out from two levels of spatial function and structure.With the help of digital technology,this paper studies the dynamic process and internal logic of the development and evolution of commercial space from the perspective of space users.Taking the commercial areas around Xidan station and Wangfujing Station of Beijing Metro as an example,this paper mainly outlines the evolution process of self-organization and analyzes the evolution problems from four aspects: function organization,structure layout,direction trend and space quality.Finally,based on the vertical carding of historical development stages and the horizontal comparison of commercial space modes,the evolution rules and trends of commercial space self-organization in railway station area are summarized,and the evolution mechanism of commercial space self-organization in railway station area is constructed from five aspects of evolution subject(consumers,businesses),commercial space,subway station,external environment and other organizations,and the development strategies are discussed.In this paper,from the perspective of self-organization theory,the development and evolution of commercial space in rail station area is analyzed quantitatively by means of digital technology,the internal mechanism is explored,and the development strategy is discussed.The research focuses on the role of self-organization law in spatial development and coordination with other organizations,which is in line with the urban work spirit of respecting the internal development law of urban space in China.It is a basic research of great significance to grasp the internal law of commercial development of station area in the process of integrated development of station and city,and to gather the power of urban development.It is hoped to provide scientific reference for other organization design planning and self-organization operation under the new development pattern of China,promote the prosperity and order of commercial space in rail station area,and continuously inject new energy and new vitality into urban renewal and high-quality development of regional economy.Based on the National Natural Science Fund Project "Research on the coordination mechanism and prediction method of rail transit station and city based on complex adaptation system"(52078027),the paper has 103 drawings,46 tables and 80 references. |
