| Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in aerospace,electric vehicles,industrial control and other fields for its high power density,high efficiency,small torque ripple and good control performance.With the emergence of high performance permanent magnetic material and the progress of the technological level,high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor becomes the research focus in recent years.This paper researches on the control strategy of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to achieve the high performance control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is necessary to get the position of the rotor magnetic pole.In traditional method,the mechanical sensor increases the cost and the hardware complexity,and reduce the reliability of the system especially,which limits the applications of the system.This paper designs a sensor-less speed control system for PMSM based on the MRAS.For the parameters variation influence estimation error of the sensor-less control strategy,some key parameters are needed to be on-line identified.We estimate the stator resistance and the rotor flux and build the sensor-less speed control system of PMSM based on improved MRAS method with the parameters online identification.The robustness of the system has been improved,especially considering the magnetic performance fluctuation of permanent magnet.And the experimental result shows the system works well in the simulation.For the using of sensorless speed control and the wide speed range,the traditional PI control with fixed PI parameter cannot keep the good performance in the whole range of speed.This paper puts forward a fuzzy PI vector control method based on fuzzy control.The dynamic PI parameters of speed loop can be adjusted according to motor speed to make the system keep good dynamic and static performance in the whole speed range.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of large harmonic current caused by the low modulation ratio,this paper connects the zero-crossing current to the current THD,and puts forward the engineering design method of the output filter inductance selection for high speed PMSM.The engineering design method is verified in the simulation.Finally,this paper built a 300 k W high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor flywheel energy storage system to verify the relevant methods mentioned above. |
