Power switch equipment is an essential part of the grid system,the operation of its monitoring is essential.Traditional power switch structure is complex,sub-closing protection and maintenance are very difficult.In addition,the early power equipment switch only circuit breaker function,and no measurement of energy data automatically meter reading function and fault location and other functions.Its position has gradually been integrated computer technology,communication technology,sensor technology in one of the intelligent switch replaced.The full text revolves around the monitoring of the operation of the power equipment,designed to STM32F103 as the master chip integrated intelligent switch.The article first elaborated the development background of the grid and the integration of the research status quo,followed by the traditional power switch and meter reading system to explain the drawbacks,Mainly meter reading efficiency is low,poor safety and so on.For the system to be stable operation,and finally the entire system hardware and software debugging,respectively,over-current circuit debugging,JTAG download circuit debugging,serial debugging,network communication debugging and host computer interface display.The design terminal for each switch device terminal set IP address,into the LAN,to facilitate remote communication,power data can be automatically collected.In addition,followed by each terminal equipment can be fault self-test,if the power equipment failure,sub-closing circuit will be the first time the fault isolation.GPRS communication module can remotely monitor the running status of power equipment,according to the positioning function,the staff can go to deal with abnormal circumstances,greatly saving manpower,and high efficiency.This design overcomes the technical difficulties of the traditional power switch in real time,fault location is difficult,the difficulty of power data acquisition and so on,improve the efficiency of the fault resolution,improve the safety of the power equipment,and strengthen the man-machine interaction between the equipment terminal and the host computer ability.
