The process of parts processing enterprises resources into products consumes huge energy,at the same time also have a great influence on the environment such as large amounts of carbon dioxide emissions.Parts processing as the main process of manufacturing production,plays an important role on energy conservation and emission reduction in manufacturing industry.Carbon footprint assessment is the important index on the environment impact in the process of parts processing,is the foundation of manufacturing to implement low carbon processing.In this paper,the carbon emission estimation model based on the process carbon source is established,which is an effective way to calculate the carbon emission in the process of the parts.And analysis the process of carbon emissions error,establish the relationship between the process error,Which can provide the basis for the abnormal carbon footprint and improve the carbon emission in the whole process.Chapter 1.Mainly discusses and summarizes the thesis research background,purpose and significance,and summarize and analysis parts processing process of carbon footprint research status at home and abroad.Chapter 2.Analyzes parts of the production process,starting from the information of parts design and processing method,so as determine the parts processing process flow.And discusses the characteristics of parts information and processing methods,processing methods and devices,the relationship between them is mapping relation is determined.On this basis,describe the carbon emission characteristics of the parts,and analysis the factors which affect the process of carbon emissions not sure.Chapter 3.For the parts processing,studies of the carbon emissions analysis and computational problems,and proposes carbon emissions evaluation model Based on the process of the carbon source.First of all,build process carbon source based on carbon emission characteristics during the process of parts processing,further analyze process characteristics,set up the four elements of the process characteristics,at the same time establish the rule for calculating the process of carbon source,proposes the material consumption process carbon source,no-load work procedure carbon source,carbon source,load infrastructure calculation assessment model of carbon emissions,implements the parts processing process calculation method of the carbon emissions.Chapter 4.Analyzes the source of processing errors,classification,first introduces the single process carbon emissions independent error,puts forward using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for the extraction of key error sources,then elaborate multistep process error function of the carbon emissions,discusses the correlation between process by using correlation analysis,uses regression algorithm to verify the process of fitting function,and then establishes a multistep error relationship between carbon emissionsChapter 5.In combination with parts processing process of carbon emissions calculation method,a Watt-hour meter instrument manufacturing enterprises as the object,develops the parts processing process Carbon assessment system(C-CAPP).From the development train of thought and structure for the overall design of the system,and introduces the main functional modules of the system.Chapter 6.Summarizes the contents and research deficiencies of this article,and makes the prospect of further study.
