At present,the problem of global warming caused by a large number of greenhouse gas emissions has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.the machine-finishing manufacturing industry as a key area of carbon emissions,It is great significance to study it's quantitative study of carbon footprint.Therefore,this paper puts forward the application of the two core components of Hadoop,HDFS and MapReduce,to the carbon footprint accounting of machine processing.It focuses on the problems of carbon footprint accounting of machining process of parts and the basic data storage of carbon footprint accounting.Taking the mechanical parts in mechanical manufacture as the specific study object,this paper defines the mechanical manufacture stage as the boundary of carbon footprint calculating system.To establish an accurate mathematical model of carbon footprint calculation,the paper,taking machining procedure as the basic unit,firstly summarizes the source of carbon emission for mechanical part in machining process and divides those sources into three categories.Then the paper analysizes the correspondence between various carbon emissions and the individual parts,from which provides the formula for calculating different carbon emission based on different individual parts.Finally,a carbon footprint calculation model is established by a careful study on the emission features of three carbon emission sources categories and making full use of the real-time data during parts machining process.To solve the problem of lack of the basic data for carbon footprint calculation,this paper proposes to use HDFS to store real-time data generated during parts processing based on the mature technology for data collecting in the production of workshop at present.before the data gets stored in the HDFS,in order to process data conveniently at a later stage and get the results of carbon footprint accounting,this paper proposes a data storage strategy using mechanical parts as core based on the carbon footprint accounting model and the fishbone diagram,the strategy can keep the correlation between data and store the data in accordance with the corresponding format and rules.To solve the problem of lack of computing method for carbon footprint accounting fleetly and intelligently,this paper proposes to process data by MapReduce distributed computation based on the full access to all kinds of real-time data in the machining process of parts.Transfer the carbon footprint accounting model in the machining process of parts to MapReduce program,and make the purpose of calculating carbon footprint fleetly and accurately come true.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Taking machining process of shaft for an example.The paper summarizes two kinds of carbon emission results needed in the process for low carbon oriented planning.And then gives the specific program execution flow to calculate the carbon emission of manufacturing process.The calculation results of carbon emission of manufacturing process are obtained through running program.At last,the carbon footprint accounting system is designed and developed based on the case and the theory proposed by this paper,and the functions of real time monitoring,data management of the machining process of parts.This system can be applied to the work of energy saving and emission reduction,and it also validates the validity of the proposed theory.In the end,the research contents and the innovation points of this paper were summarized,and the future research work were discussed and prospected.
