| With the advance of the modern police affairs,all aspects of information construction have been strengthened,each facility has been upgraded faster than ever before,the optimization of public security bureau's resources allocation is gradually being raised,the allocation and management of police vehicle resources have also become an important part of the Modern Public Security Bureau's information optimization work.There are several typical problems in police vehicles when dispatching the vehicles: cross regional case,illegally use the public vehicles,illegally park vehicles,etc.With these problems,the police vehicles can not be used in time for the police station.Therefore,in order to ensure people's life and property safety under the jurisdiction of Public Security Bureau and long-term social stability,a system which combined with the advanced computer technology and the management of the police vehicle management is necessary.The project aims at optimize management of police vehicles,takes police vehicle as our research target.Based on the research of police vehicles at home and abroad,the project designed and implemented a set of independent police vehicle management system,this system contain user management,basic resource management,a GIS platform,Mobile APP and system management modules.The subject uses software engineering knowledge,WEB development technology to design and implement.First make fully feasibility analysis and requirement analysis of Design and Implementation of Police Vehicle Management System Based on GIS,and establish a system model based on requirement,according to this model,the subject do the outline design,detailed design,system implementation,system testing.The development content of the subject includes: mobile terminal APP,a set of independent GIS and the management system based on independent GIS.The system improves the management efficiency of police vehicle,and simplifies the process of applying police vehicles. |
