With the continuous development of society,energy and environment problems are gradually paid attention to by the people,how to handle the relationship between energy,environment and social development is an important issue in modern society.In China,the energy consumption of construction industry accounts for about 1/3 of the total energy consumption of the whole society,and its energy consumption is much greater than other industries.In recent years,the rapid development of high-rise office building has a number of problems resulting in great waste of energy.Such as the use of complex equipment,and artificial lighting.Therefore,the high-rise office building energy conservation research has become an important research topic in the field of building energy conservation research.Improving the thermal performance of building envelope has a significant effect on reducing building energy consumption.In this paper,the nontransparent envelope is taken as the object to study the energy-saving design of highrise office buildings in severe cold region based on the economy and the applicability.According to the literature review and practical investigation,this paper analyzed and summarized the general situation of energy consumption of high-rise building non-transparent envelope in cold area.Further more,the paper analyzed the composition and characteristics of energy consumption and the cost of envelope of high-rise office building,and summarized the influencing factors.Subsequently,the morphological parameters of 47 high-rise office buildings in Harbin were investigated.Based on the survey data,the cold area high-rise office building typical model parameter data set was established.Taking the rental high-rise office building as an example,the typical simulation model of energy consumption and the cost calculation model of non-transparent envelope of high-rise office are established.Finally,taking the life cycle total investment and return on investment as evaluation index,combined with the building energy consumption and the project initial investment,simulation results of non-transparent envelope design was analyzed based on economy.And the energy saving design strategy of high-rise office building non-transparent envelope in cold region was put forward by the results of analysis.Simulation data were used to establish regression model of energy consumption and building cost of high-rise office buildings in severe cold region.What's more,the paper put forward the energy saving design process of nontransparent envelope in severe cold region based on economy,which can provide reference for the energy-saving design of high-rise office buildings in severe cold region.
