In recent years,the frequency,extent and intensity of sudden and extreme natural disasters have increased.With the continuous improvement of the economic and social development' s dependence on electric power,power grid damage and power disruption bring more and more impact and harm to the economic society.This year,the occurrence of serious and major natural disasters led to serious power grid damage.The community paid unprecedented attention on the power grid security issue,which make the importance and urgency of strengthening the emergency construction of power grid prominent.So it is necessary to research,design and apply 95598 customer service repair scheduling monitoring system.95598 customer service repair scheduling monitoring system used a three-tier architecture,including application system platform layer,business application layer and basic platform layer,and specifically used C#language and Winform form technology for the development.Business application layer provided data interface between equipment graphic editing,power cut plan management,real-time fault monitoring,vehicle scheduling management,auxiliary power operation expansion report with other power grid production information systems.Application system platform mainly used GIS Application Server,Arc GIS,ArcSDE technology to carry on the service.Basic platform layer was primarily responsible for providing data services for attribute databases and GIS database.95598 customer service repair scheduling monitoring system achieved functions of equipment graphic editing,power cut plan management,real-time fault monitoring,vehicle scheduling management and auxiliary power operation expansion report.Equipment graphic editing achieved power transformation equipment graphic editing,transmission line equipment graphic editing,distribution line equipment graphic editing and power tunnel graphic editing.Power cut plan management achieved power cut plan entering and power cut plan maintenance.Real-time fault monitoring achieved data preprocessing,real-time fault analysis,fault alarm,fault location,sound alarm control and fault repair.Vehicle scheduling management achieved vehicle information maintenance,vehicle repair scheduling,repair vehicle display control,vehicle repair task tracking and repair mission history playback.Auxiliary power operation expansion report achieved auxiliary positioning of installation location,installation access analysis.The development of 95598 customer service repair scheduling monitoring system can respond to "Eleventh Five-Year" information construction planning requirements of the national grid company,and can build a basic support platform based on space data for the operation and management of the power grid.The application of 95598 customer service repair scheduling monitoring system can enhance the ability to respond quickly to accident handling,improve service levels,and achieve fine management of power transmission and distribution equipment.
