With the development of the intelligent hardware and the popularity of the Internet of Things(IOT),more and more intelligent devices are designed and gradually used into our daily life.Remote wireless real-time monitoring function of intelligent devices allows people to master the necessary information at anytime,anywhere.Automation and intelligent control not only liberate the people's hands,but also improve the production efficiency.In terms of pipeline flow metering,the traditional mechanical water meter is developing toward the electronic water meter and the remote wireless meter reading.However,most of the flow meters on the market at present can only realize some simple functions,such as display instantaneous velocity,cumulative flow and other small amount of information.In addition,the flow control of these flow meters is achieved mostly through a vatiety of block valves that can only open or close the flow.The block valves can not output the specified volume of water at the specified speed and also can not make an appointment to output the specified flow or close the valve for a specified perid of time according to the user's need.A multi-functional intelligent water flow monitoring and control system is designed in this thesis to meet the complex demand of the current flow monitoring and control market.In the system,a hall flow sensor is used to real-time monitor the water speed and volume.After the calibration,the flow sensor error is less than 2%,has realized the high accuracy of flow monitoring and control.Compared with the ordinary solenoid valve,we use electric valve to adjust the water speed.Combine electric valves with the flow sensor,speed closed-loop control within three seconds and quantitative output have achieved,and the average error of flow speed is less than 2 mL/s.The system uses thermistor to measure the temperatue of the water flow,has the advantages of fast response while the temperature changes.DHT11 sensor is used to monitor environment temperature and humidity.Time and date display and reservation control function have achieved through the RTC(Real-Time Clock)module of STM32.ESP8266 WiFi module is used to connect YeeLink IoT cloud platform,through which remote multi-terminal display and control have been realized.In addition,the system uses a liquid crystal touch screen to graphically display complex data information,such as displaying flow velocity curves,water temperature curves,statistical histograms,and receive user touch controls.This thesis completes the market requirements analysis,program design,hardware and software design and system debugging of the multi-functional intelligent water flow monitoring and control system.Compared with the common flow monitoring and control system,this system not only realizes the real-time monitoring of flow information,but also innovatively realizes the functions of closed-loop control of flow velocity,fixed-speed and quantitative output,reservation control,link IoT platform,graphical display and touch control,ect.This system can meet the complex needs of the current flow monitoring and control market,has a large market potential and broad application prospects.
