The paper studied intelligent lifting stereoscopic garage which comprises lifting, moving car, load board, made detailed analysis and researching of the intelligent stereoscopic garage, it introduced the characters of structure and work principles of the stereoscopic garage, decided the plan of controlling system of the stereoscopic garage and divided controlling system into two parts: monitor and controlling management. Monitor and controlling hardware are made of PLC and others control units;management system software is realized by PC.By research of the method of queuing theory and the hypothesis validation, conclusion, stereoscopic garage meets with the M/D/1 mode of the queuing theory, was arrived. A few ways to improve efficiency and relative indexes were offered according to the results of the researching.In the plan of controlling system, lifting system is one of core parts in the running of parking system. From four structures of usually lifting system, the applicable form was chosen, and then the transmission proportion was fixed. VVVF (Vary Voltage Vary Frequency) was figured out and used in the lifting system, compared with three tractor-driven methods. Motor, transducer, PLC and others accessories are selected according to demands of stereoscopic garage. In the paper, the circuit diagrams were drawn, and the management system software, with functions of stereoscopic garage, was developed based on MCGS for the intelligent and automatic demands.In the end, a mathematical model of lifting system was gotten and the results were found by way of researching the curves of lifting velocity for the efficiency improvement and energy saving. Further improvements were provided in terms of these researching results.
