Piston compressor is a kind of universal mechanical equipment,which has wide application in chemical industry and general machinery manufacturing industry.But the design of compressor is more complicated and the cycle of development is longer.One of the main purposes of the second development is to reduce repetitive work in design,especially in the design of non-standard products that only need to modify a few parameters.Therefore,the second development of the compressor can improve the efficiency of development and shorten the time of research and development,which is of great significance to the development of the compressor industry.According to the needs of Chongqing compressor plant,based on the research of the two development technology and programming software VB6.0,combined with Access 2003 database,the design and analysis system of piston compressor based on SolidWorks has been developed.The second development ideas,the SolidWorks macro recording method and the API object model are studied,and the key technologies of the two development are explored.The overall system scheme and software interface are designed to facilitate the efficient use of the system function by the designers.The database management system(DBMS)is established,which includes database requirement analysis,database conceptual structure design,database logical structure design,database access and system assistance function..In the parameterized design,the 3D modeling,automatic assembly and engineering drawing of the key parts of the piston compressor are completed.The thermodynamic parameters of compressor were calculated,including exhaust volume,exhaust temperature,exhaust coefficient and compression work.The second development of the reconstruction part model and Simulation of the piston compressor is not able to macro code,and no direct code can be referenced.This paper focuses on the content of the two parts.The reconstruction of the model with parameterized mode in the assembly state is an important link in modifying the model.It involves the revision of the sketch and features of the parts,and the changes in these two aspects are realized respectively.Simulation SolidWorks is a finite element module,as well as analysis of compressor is an important content of key parts,introduces the Simulation analysis process,analysis of the parts of the stress analysis,the code package load calculation,in the realization of automatic modeling work,from the import model,establish an example,adding materials,adding constraints,meshing,calculation and analysis to the results of processing,programming automatic operation,the results consistent with the actual situation.In a word,the system completes the design and analysis of the key parts of the compressor,improves the efficiency of the compressor development and strengthens the competitiveness,and has some reference significance for the two development of other mechanical products.
