With the development of smart grid,the substation as an important node in the construction of smart grid has also carried out a series of intelligent work.The substation construction began image monitoring,online monitoring,dynamic environment,fire systems,security systems,fire alarm,access control,water supply and drainage,heating and ventilation system,but isolated operation of each sub system,no centralized monitoring platform,centralized data network,substation intelligent auxiliary system can be shared.In the "13th Five-Year",the pace of development of information technology will be more and more quickly,how to use information means more and more developed,acquisition and processing of all kinds of information,to achieve "intelligent monitoring,intelligent management,intelligent judgment,verification,become an important problem for the development of smart grid.In this thesis,the integration of the information system of each isolated at this stage of the substation,combined with the practical application of the power of the business part of the demand,put forward the solution for Smart Substation auxiliary monitoring platform,and carries on the design and implementation of.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the research background,puts forward the existing substation video monitoring system in Sichuan province electric power company,analyzes the development of Smart Substation auxiliary centralized monitoring platform,and analyzes the current development of intelligent substation auxiliary centralized monitoring platform technology at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes the business function requirements of the platform,such as equipment management,integrated monitoring,video playback,environmental monitoring,intelligent analysis and other aspects of demand.Then,the overall architecture of the platform is designed,and the physical architecture,logical architecture and functional framework of the platform are introduced in detail.And then the detailed design of the equipment management platform,integrated monitoring,intelligent analysis module,and the software system was designed and implemented,on the platform several functions commonly used in the actual use of the process of description and explanation of it.Finally,the developed software platform is tested.This paper studies the substation intelligent auxiliary centralized monitoring platform of various data substation intelligent support system integration,intelligent level of intelligent auxiliary monitoring system by using information technology,deepen the application monitoring system of Smart Substation in the power industry,will make the substation operation maintenance and safety monitoring mode from the traditional passive monitoring and control the transition from manual automatic and intelligent active real-time monitoring.
