Study On Industrial Design Of Residential Buildings In Pearl River

Industrial housing as the future development direction of China's housing industry,not only to solve the problem of people's livelihood has great significance,but also on China's housing industry plays a key role in the transformation.Pearl River Delta region as one of China's three major economic circles,the construction of industrial housing exploration has been at the forefront of the country,in the new era,the Pearl River Delta region how to quickly promote the construction of industrial housing worthy of our thinking.This paper analyzes the development process and related theories of industrialized houses both at home and abroad,summarizes their experiences and lessons for the development of residential industrialization in China.Then,through the investigation of the status quo of residential industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region,this paper analyzes and analyzes the concrete examples,and draws the present situation of the residential industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the Pearl River Delta climate and the adaptability,Proposed for the Pearl River Delta region of residential industrial design strategy.In this paper,the Pearl River Delta residential industrial design content,from five chapters to discuss:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the research object and scope,the purpose and the method of research,and so on,which lays the tone for the whole research.The second chapter is the development of residential industrialization and related theoretical research.First of all,to clarify the relationship between industrial construction and industrialization,and then combing the development process of domestic and foreign residential industrialization,study the development of domestic and international construction industry,learn from experience and lessons learned from China's construction industry,some inspiration.Finally,the paper analyzes the theory of residential industrialization,including open residential theory,special system and general system and industrial housing construction system,lay the foundation for the next design strategy.The third chapter is the investigation of the status quo of residential industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region.First,the development of housing industry in the Pearl River Delta region to sort out,and then through field research,analysis of the Pearl River Delta residential industrialization development status,summed up its advantages and disadvantages for the next design strategy to provide the basis for the proposed;The fourth chapter is the analysis of the adaptability of industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region.This chapter analyzes the climatic characteristics of the Pearl River Delta region and the basic requirements of building adaptability.Due to the different construction methods,the traditional residential and industrialized housing are different in the adaptive strategy.According to the climatic characteristics of the Pearl River Delta,the two residential modes are analyzed and compared from the aspects of the group layout,the building size,the building space and the construction interface.,Lay the foundation for the proposed housing industrialization strategy;The fifth chapter is the Pearl River Delta residential industrial design strategy proposed.According to the analysis and research of the first four chapters,the relevant strategies of industrial design in the Pearl River Delta region are expounded from the aspects of design principles,structural selection and material application,graphic design,facade diversification design,industrial decoration and whole life cycle management.Finally,the conclusion is made,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized,the main points of the paper are pointed out,and the future development of residential industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region is forecasted.Residential industrialization as the focus of the development of China's future,the Pearl River Delta region as one of the country's leading urban development,the rapid promotion of industrial housing intensive,low carbon,regional characteristics of the construction is very necessary and urgent.
