At present, simulation tools have significant limitations in predicting and evaluating actual residential or city-scale building energy consumption. It is a mature and effective method to study the impact of various new achievements on building energy consumption through the use of top-down and bottom-up methods to build typical building energy consumption models. However, there are few researches in this field in China. Therefore,it is urgent to put forward the establishment method of typical building energy consumption model and establish corresponding typical building energy consumption model according to database information. In this paper, the minimum number of samples needed in the study of typical buildings in the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region is determined by the method of literature investigation.Under the premise of satisfying a sufficient number of samples, the study performs cluster analysis on the coupling parameters of typical buildings in the PRD region, and performs box plot analysis on single variable parameters or simplified single variable parameters.Among them, individual variables will also be analyzed by means of average and linear regression. The typical values of the model are obtained through the above-mentioned mathematical statistical methods,so as to establish a typical building energy consumption model in the PRD region. The specific research work and related conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Determination of input parameters of typical building energy consumption model. The establishment of a typical building model is a complicated and cumbersome process. The typical building energy model should reflect the main characteristics of local climate characteristics, spatial characteristics, thermal performance of the envelope structure and the internal schedule of the building, which affect energy consumption.Based on the reference to the input information of the typical American building model, the research reclassified the input information of the model into building profile, building structure, space layout, and indoor environment control parameters in combination with China's social status and habits. This study focuses on setting the first three types of information required by a typical building energy consumption model in the PRD region.(2)This paper makes statistics on the engineering drawings of 167 commercial buildings in the PRD region after 2000,establishes the database of commercial buildings, and puts forward the corresponding method of establishing the energy consumption model of typical commercial buildings.Firstly, commercial buildings are divided into commercial office buildings, shopping malls and hotel buildings according to their functions, and corresponding typical building models are established according to various spatial layout information. Then, the thermal parameters of three types of commercial building envelope are obtained by weighted average method. Then,on the basis of literature research, the paper sets the personnel density, lighting power density, equipment power density and per capita fresh air volume of the three types of commercial buildings, and puts forward the hourly change rate of personnel, lighting, equipment and air conditioning of the three types of commercial buildings. Finally, the Energy Plus is used to simulate the annual energy consumption of seven typical commercial buildings, and the proposed energy consumption simulation results are verified by the local standard "energy consumption standard of public buildings" of Guangdong Province. The results show that the typical building energy consumption model meets the corresponding requirements of the code. The energy consumption per unit area of office, shopping mall and hotel buildings should be 123?147 k Wh/m2 a,120?144 k Wh/m2 a and 100?120 k Wh/m2 a respectively(among them, the constraint value of the hotel considers the energy consumption of domestic hot water). To some extent,it proves the accuracy and representativeness of the typical commercial building energy consumption model.(3)This paper makes statistics on the engineering drawings of 120 residential areas inthe PRD region after 2000,establishes the database of residential buildings, and puts forward the method of establishing the energy consumption model of typical residential buildings.First of all, according to the scale of residential buildings,it is divided into residential units, residential single buildings and residential areas, and according to the information of various spatial layout, the corresponding typical building model is established. Then, the thermal parameters of three types of residential building envelope are obtained by clustering algorithm. Then,on the basis of literature research, four kinds of family modes are put forward, and the personnel density, lighting power density, equipment power density and per capita fresh air volume of the four kinds of family modes are set.At the same time, the hourly change rate of personnel, lighting, equipment and air conditioning is put forward. Finally,Energy Plus is used to simulate the annual energy consumption of seven types of typical residential buildings and three types of typical residential areas, and the energy audit results of thousands of residential buildings in Guangzhou in the PRD region in recent years are used to compare and verify. The results show that the range value of the typical single residential building match the energy audit results which is 30?32 k Wh/m2a(without considering the energy consumption of domestic hot water). To a certain extent,it proves the accuracy and representativeness of typical residential building energy consumption model. This paper uses drawing statistics, literature research and numerical simulation methods to study typical building energy consumption models for commercial and residential buildings. The study proposes a typical building energy consumption model for commercial and residential buildings in the PRD region, which can reflect the main characteristics of local climate characteristics, spatial characteristics, thermal performance of the envelope structure and internal building schedules, etc. The horizontal and vertical comparisons provide a unified building energy consumption model.Provide a unified building energy consumption model for horizontal and vertical comparisons in related energy conservation studies in the region.
