With the rapid development of social economy,the expansion of the scope of city proper and the acceleration of urbanization and motorization,the number of major motor vehicles in the country has been increasing year by year.Thus,Conflicts between traffic demand and space constraints are intensifying.The problems of Domestic urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution and energy consumption become increasingly more serious.In this grim situation,urban rail transit develop in many cities with the characteristics of fast,punctual,large capacity and green environmental protection.The research about rail transit site land use at abroad and home found that it can directly improve the accessibility of the land around the site by the construction of rail transit which greatly changes the location and influence of the land around the rail transit site and cause the change of urban spatial pattern.At last,it contributes to promoting the optimization of land use structure and mode around the rail transit site.The direct impact of the urban rail transit construction is the accessibility of the rail transit site,and the indirect impact is the environment surrounding the site and the trip mode of people.The difference between the built environment is related to the choice of the transfer mode of the rail transit,and the convenient and comfortable transfer mode of the rail transit is helpful to improve the passenger flows of the subway which have great influence on the use and exploitation of the land.Therefore,the paper mainly focus on the use of the land type,the structure and shape around the site,and the way of the transfer mode of the rail transit.At the same time,the environmental awareness questionnaire is used to make out the influence of the elements in the surrounding environment of the rail transit site on the subway travel choice and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The paper mainly includes three parts:The first part is the theoretical background.First of all,this paper combs and classifies the research at home and abroad.It mainly divides into two categories-the land use around rail transit site and transfer mode of the rail transit.Through the analysis of the typical cities in China and at abroad,the author summarizes the general rules and relevant experience and lay the theoretical foundation for the next empirical research and optimization strategy.The second part is empirical research.The author chooses a number of representative sites of opened subway line one of Nanchang to carry out this research and to acquire the first-hand data by the latest satellite remote sensing images combining with on-site reconnaissance and the environmental awareness questionnaire.In addition,the GIS statistical database established by GIS digital platform is used to carry out relevant spatial statistical analysis.What’s more,the satellite remote sensing images and field survey are applied to obtain the basic data of the land use type,structure and shape and area network around the site.The questionnaire is used to acquire subway passenger tracing map and environmental perception elements data.At last,the two types of data are combined to analyze the land use and transfer access problems around the site to provide reliable data support and basis for the optimization strategy of the land use and transfer access.The third part is strategy research.According to the relevant countermeasures and optimization recommendations of the second part,the author will mainly optimize the transfer connection and land use,and conduct an overall evaluation and optimization for the built environment around the site.The main results and optimization suggestions of this paper are as follows:(1)On the method of the rail transit station area selection,the Bayi Station Old City should be based on walking.At the same time,they should be supplemented with public bicycle connection.The Subway building station new city should be based on bus connection,a moderate scale of public bicycle connection,battery car connection,and supplemented by taxis and private car that can stop and work at any time.In Zhu jiang Road station,the outskirts of the road should mainly apply public bicycles and battery cars supplemented with the private car connection.(2)In the land use of the rail transit station area,the Bayi Station Old Town should focus on the site around the center,increasing the commercial land area around the site within the range of 0-200 meters.And in the aspect of the commercial and residential mixed land type,we should focus on improving the commercial space in the vertical direction to increase the degree of land use.Subway building station new city should speed up the land development and construction near the site and the station area hinterland as soon as possible to keep up with the land using high-intensity development rhythm around the site.Zhujiang Road Station suburbs should focus on adding appropriate proportion of commercial office space and developing a certain scale of commercial and residential land,at the same time,accelerating the speed of constructing the idle land and the developing land around the site as soon as possible to improve the site around the volume rate through the improvement of the site around the building facilities.(3)In the construction of environmental space elements to optimize the promotion,the eight-city station should focus on the construction of underground crossing street or the ground overpass to solve the problem of traffic jam.At the same time,we should not only put some seats along the street,add newsstands and other facilities to raise the density of the sidewalk shade,but also should renovate illegal parking cars and battery car of sidewalks to enhance the pedestrian within the station.Subway building station new city should focus on renovating illegal parking cars and battery car of sidewalks and cleaning up obstructions on pedestrians that impede passenger to further optimize the walking walkway environment.Zhujiang Road Station outside the suburbs should focus on adding some small shops along the streets to add street vitality and increase the number of street seats,newsstands and other facilities to enhance the comfortability of the pedestrian environment.
