Recently,the popularity of the network and the rapid development of online commercial platform make it possibility that more and more people can buy their favored commodities conveniently without leaving their houses.Online shopping can satisfy people's demand for commodities as well as comparison and choice for the prices.Generally speaking,online shopping has brought a new and disruptive revolution to the modern commerce and sales models.Different from some light-spinning and anti-crash commodities,it's hard for most fragile items products which need protection in this kind of convenient trading model.To protect these fragile items,the amount of cushion packaging materials,such as plastic films,inflatable plastic columns,and sponges,which are difficult to degraded,formed a nonstandard non-sustainable development packaging modes in online shopping packing.This paper and design creation mainly adopts the methods of investigation,comparative research,case study,experiment and literature research.Under the circumstance of the online shopping packing protecting fragile items,the paper studies how to reduce the use of cushion materials,as well as possess reasonable structural and good protectiveness.The design sticks to green design concept,focus on shock protection,low-carbon and environmentally-friendly,to optimize the materials,structures and decoration of online shopping packaging.There are three main specific ways.The first one is to use different types of corrugated cases to make wrappers as the online shopping packaging,take the molded pulp as cushion structures to replace the materials such as inflatable plastic columns.For containing and protecting packaging commodities are the primary functions of molded products of paper pulp,which can protect packaging commodities from damage in the process of transiting,handling,and using,and itself meets the needs of strength,stiffness,and stability.The second way is not printing in inner box,but decorating with adhesive stickers,which are made environmentally and adding angle protection coppery.In this way,we can protect the integrity of the packaging as well as decorate it.The third way is to decorate with traditional dermatoglyphic pattern and extract the symbol elements which can embody the product characteristics,to convey the brand image of elegance and grace of the skin care products.
