The rail transit hub is always the window of a city,and its status in the rail transit network is gradually rising.While linking the inside and outside the urban area,it also brings new opportunities for the development of the city.The core of the design of urban rail transit hub is the design of transfer space,which is the most closely related to the pedestrian.Three-dimensional and effective-centralized-organized transfer space can not only enhance people’s travel convenience,improve the current situation of urban traffic congestion disorder,but also plays an important role in stereoscopic development of urban ground and under-ground,and urban land consolidation.At the same time,it is helpful to the creation of the new image of the city and the urban public space.But the majority of our city rail transit hubs rarely take the transfer problem into account at the beginning of the design,and the design of the transfer space is also lack of systematic research,which makes the rail transit fail to maximize the potential of transportation.With the increase of the urban population,the construction of the hub station,the formation of the transfer network,the increase of the transfer node,the original transfer space has not adapted to the current rail transit hub transfer needs.The design of transfer space is related to the length of transfer time and the service quality of the whole transfer network,so it is necessary to pay attention to the new type of transfer space of rail transit hub.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic connotation and future development trend of urban rail transit,through the case study of the domestic and international urban rail transit hub,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the transfer space in China and abroad,and finds out the main problems of transfer space in china,therefore,the paper puts forward the future design direction of urban rail transit hub in China:Three-dimensional design of transfer space.And through a large number of investigation and analysis,data collection and field investigation,investigation and comparison of various types of hub station traffic scale and traffic demand forecast analysis.In view of the present situation of the research lack of three-dimensional design of transfer space of rail transit hub,this paper provides a new idea for the three-dimensional design of the transfer space by analyzing and summarizing the relevant basic theories.This paper studies the transfer space and other space which is connected with the transfer space as a whole,and analyzes the three-dimensional system of transfer space from the angles of the related concepts,the space form and the composition of the transfer space,and the convergence of the transfer space of each transportation mode.Finally,through the analysis of the functional requirements,influencing factors and design principles,the paper puts forward the layout design and architectural design method of the transfer space of rail transit hub.In this paper,the planning and design of rail transit hub of Datong is taken as the concrete practice,This paper analysis the function and requirements of the transfer hub,according to the layout and technique of three-dimensional design of the transfer space of rail traffic hub above summary,puts forward the principle and technique of transfer space design of Datong rail traffic hub,and give the conceptual scheme.It is hoped that this paper can provide some useful reference for the three-dimensional design of transfer space of urban rail transit hub in the future.
