Research On Quality Management In Construction

With the acceleration of China's economic development,the increasing construction project investment,customers,owners of the building product quality requirements gradually increase,and some construction quality problems by the media exposure,the quality problems of building a high degree of social concern.So,how to improve the quality management of construction projects,how to reasonable cost range possible to meet the expectations of the owners of the project outputs,become an important research topic for some construction enterprises with vision,but also become an important guarantee for the construction enterprises to achieve the goal of sustainable development.This paper mainly research on the amplification of catalyst platform project as an example,from the preparation,quality assurance measures of the establishment of quality control,the specific process and case analysis of project quality management plan of the four aspects of the basic process and method of quality management in construction management.Summarize some available experiences and achievements in construction quality management aspects,also found that needs to be solved in the future work in the project management problems from the case,and put forward some feasible solutions that.The study of catalyst amplification platform project,from the perspective of project quality management has the following main points:first,in some important construction procedure,to formulate the corresponding quality standards for the special requirements of the project.Second,how to improve the connection between various working procedures and improve the coordination ability of the various types of work,so as to adapt to the specific project involves all the special construction process more,various types of construction personnel,construction with the more frequent,and extremely easy to cause the site construction control.The latter is the key to the success or failure of the project quality management.This study summarizes the construction project quality planning,project quality assurance program is the basic content of the work,personnel,equipment,materials,processes and control points and other aspects of the quality control of the basic framework,focusing on the quality control points of the quality planning and implementation of the basic control process of content etc.The results of the project in the construction stage of construct the basic framework to guide the practical work to a certain extent,has certain practical application effect.However,in this study the interface of quality management,quality management system more practical,key control points of the quality control method,computer simulation software development and application and other aspects still needs further study,in order to achieve better results.
