With the development of the automobile industry and the improvement of people's quality of life,the car has replaced the traditional means of transport and became an important part of people's working life.Brake pads are an indispensable part of the automobile braking system,and their demand is increasing day by day.Shandong Co.,Ltd.is a domestic brake pads manufacturing industry leading enterprises,their main production are various types of brake pads products.One of the existing company's production line of the brake pads,the grooving process and sandblasting between the transshipment process is mainly carried out by the manual handling,this way is labor intensity,low production efficiency and high cost of production.Based on this situation,combined with the research status and development trend of intermittent inversion mechanism both in China and abroad,aiming at the working requirements of brake pads production line,the research topic of "Design and optimization on180 degree turnover device of brake pad" is put forward.The research contents are as follows:First,according to the production needs of the brake pads production line,the main functions and design requirements of the turnover device are analyzed.On this basis,the working principle and design idea of the flip device are determined.The turnover device is divided into intermittent flip mechanism and push the film body design selection and analysis.Then,based on the design requirements of the flip device,a new type of intermittent inverting mechanism is obtained by studying several typical intermittent inversion mechanisms and using the method of mechanism analysis and synthesis.The relevant theoretical analysis and research of the mechanism are carried out.It had proved that by choosing this mechanism can meet the design requirements.Next,according to the working principle and design ideas,design the mechanical structure and drive system of the turnover device.Wherein the drive system includes a motor drive system and pneumatic circuit system.The mechanical structure of the flanging mechanism and the schematic diagram of the pneumatic circuit system are obtained,and the key parts are selected and selected.Finally,the main structural parameters of the inverting mechanism are optimized by using the multi-objective function optimization method.The whole structure of the turnover mechanism is drawn by Solidworks modeling software,and the components and the overall assembly drawing are obtained.The turnover device of this research and development has the advantages of simple structure,good dynamic performance and high production efficiency,which can meet the production requirements of brake pads production line.To a certain extent,it promotes the brake film production line of technological innovation,at the same time for the need to complete the sheet product flip industry has a certain reference.
