In the daily operation and management of modern enterprises,compensation management plays an important role.A set of scientific salary management plan can greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve their work efficiency,promote the healthy development of enterprises,and make enterprises maintain their advantages in the fierce market competition.Yixin Company is an aluminum alloy auto parts manufacturing enterprise jointly established by domestic state-owned enterprises and foreign investment enterprises.Its main business is the casting and machining of lightweight aluminum alloy auto parts.In recent years,with the improvement of process level and the change of production mode,the original salary scheme of Yixin Company has been unable to meet the basic needs of production line employees.Because of its single salary structure and lower salary level than competitors in the same industry,a large number of production line employees quit,resulting in personnel shortage,product quality decline,economic benefit decline and excellent competition the potential also gradually weakened.Therefore,Yixin Company needs to re-establish a set of effective compensation plan in combination with the actual development situation and direction of the enterprise,so as to get rid of the adverse impact of the loss of production line personnel on the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the original salary management system of Yixin Company,combined with the operation and management situation of Yixin Company,through extensive investigation and interview within the company's employees,this paper analyzes and discusses the existing salary plan in depth,and designs a new set of salary management system combining the production characteristics of Yixin Company and the experience of domestic enterprises in the same industry Compensation plan,and to solve the practical problems faced by Yixin Company,improve the competitiveness of Yixin Company's production line employees' compensation in the same industry enterprises,so as to promote the further development of Yixin Company.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,it analyzes the original salary management plan of the first-line employees in Yixin Company,makes clear the background and significance of this study,and introduces the research methods involved in this paper in detail.This paper sums up the theoretical knowledge of compensation management at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant literature in recent years,which lays the foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the implementation of the original compensation plan of Yixin Company,classifies and analyzes the problems existing in the original compensation plan,and points out that the most fundamental problem lies in the salary of all posts Third,according to the actual operation situation of Yixin Company,the accurate demand of salary scheme design is determined,and according to the demand of salary scheme design,the specific scheme of increasing overtime welfare and other salary is proposed,which is clear that different skilled employees of different positions implement different salary,and performance management is added Finally,in order to ensure the smooth establishment and effective implementation of the new compensation plan,the implementation points of the new compensation plan and related human and organizational support are further proposed.Yixin Company is an early modern automobile lightweight parts manufacturing enterprise in China.It has advanced casting technology and strong development momentum.The newly designed salary plan for production line workers will help to promote the company to stabilize the staff team through reasonable salary,and ultimately achieve the recruitment,employment and retention of employees,so as to effectively promote the enterprise to adapt to the new situation and achieve new development.
