On railway loading and unloading oil operations site,according to the number of tank trucks,The loading and unloading scheme of oil is often chosen by experience(Because loading and unloading oil cranes and tubing connection location is different,choose different crane tubes to operate,the system medium flow is different,the efficiency of loading and unloading is different).Without the relevant theoretical guidance,the loading and unloading operation scheme may not be optimal.Therefore,in order to reduce operation time and improve operation efficiency,it is necessary to theoretically put forward the best operation plan for oil handling,and better guide the operation of loading and unloading oil field.Based on the above background,firstly,this paper by analyzes the fluid motion law of the hydraulic system such as flow and pressure,in the loading and unloading system,establishes the hydraulic model of the loading and unloading oil system.Besides,according to the characteristics of operation,some reasonable assumptions are made to the model,and the model is simplified as a stable and easy model to solve.Then,according to the established hydraulic model,the time step of loading and unloading operation is put forward,and the corresponding calculation program is worked out by using MATLAB software.By comparing the loading and unloading oil case parameters into the calculation program and comparing the results of the operation with the field data,it is proved that the loading and unloading oil and water mechanics model is deduced,simplified and reasonable,and it can be applied to the optimization of loading and unloading oil.Finally,for different loading and unloading oil situation,put forward different loading and unloading oil operation program optimization steps,and applied to the handling of oil handling program case,get the preferred program.Aiming at the phenomenon of steam resistance and cavitation during the high temperature season and unloading process,this paper simply summarizes the theoretical basis of the determination of steam resistance and cavitation and the solution.In the case of unloading oil,a simulation analysis was carried out with fluent software.By observing the gas volume cloud map,it was judged that there was no steam resistance in the pipeline of unloading.The theoretical results of this paper can be directly applied to the optimization of the operating scheme of railway loading and unloading oil.Which has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of loading and unloading oil.
