With the rapid development of the world economy, the increasing consumption of energy in various countries, the shortage of fossil fuels and the environmental pollution caused by combustion have become a serious challenge for human society. Therefore, how to make full use of solar energy Renewable energy is of great significance to alleviate China's current energy crisis and environmental pollution. The use of solar automatic tracking system can greatly improve the conversion efficiency of solar energy. In this paper, solar double-axis tracking mode, automatic control tracking device to receive the sun's vertical solar incident angle, so as to improve the efficiency of solar power generation control system.In analysis and finishing on the basis of domestic and foreign development status of solar tracker, this paper designed a kind of photovoltaic cells based on depending on the running track on the day when the sun tracking device.The device with the single chip processor as the core, with the method of visual day running trajectory tracking, complete signal acquisition and processing of pillar two-axis sun tracking device.In this paper, a set of cylindrical biaxial solar tracking system is designed, which consists of a biaxial tracking device and a biaxial tracking control system. The biaxial tracking device can track the azimuth and height of the sun. Case, the use of the track as the track tracking mode, cloudy days do not follow the way to collect solar energy.Aiming at the requirements of the control system, a PID control algorithm based on the Runge-Kutta method is proposed. The two-axis tracking algorithm is deduced from the analysis of the sun's trajectory. Based on the numerical calculation software matlab, the height angle and azimuth curve of four seasons in the year are drawn. After the research and experimental analysis, the accuracy of the solar tracking algorithm is proved.
