The Old House Of Urban Area Experimental Scheme Design

Nearly 40 years since the reform and opening up,due to various reasons,our country basic follow the development of the city to give up the old old city environment,to constantly explore new outer.New town construction in succession at the same time,the old house in the old city as a city of cells of a type,has gradually lost its vitality.Macro level,city composed of such cells are also gradually aging,resulting in urban function of this part of the organization in degradation in loss;The old house in the old city of micro level,monomer,the architectural form,demographic change,municipal facilities,such as gas heating water and electricity cannot have satisfied residents living behavior patterns change,then lost and the cultural atmosphere in the old city and emotional memories.Somewhere in this paper an old old house as object of experimental design,from the status quo of the research,this paper find out the existing problems and put forward reform goals,expectations in line with the aim of green design and sustainable development of the humanities,from the aspects of architecture,environment,material and technology to "change" and"building",aims to build for the new old house we live in.Living in meet the quality and the protection and improve living environment,on the basis of fully excavating space flexible continuity,texture and emotional expression of waste material,make full use of renewable energy,the use of new raw soil materials and technology,the maintenance of community environment and community atmosphere of the build,in order to maintain social and cultural continuity.
