With the deteriorating of environment and the developing of our economic. The whole society for the requirements of the environmental protection, stability and quality of power supply power supply is increasing. In this context, Many countries will develop their own national grid as the smart grid. In China, the State Grid Corporation in 2009, proposed a "comprehensive construction of a strong smart grid based on UHV power transmission" slogan. In the smart grid environment, the distribution network with new features. A large number of distributed power will be connected and the distribution network changes from leading by seller.single form power supply to user participation, two-way flow, high degree of automation. And for a long time,In my country, the development of the distribution network of our country is far behind in the transmission network. So the study on smart grid distribution network environment has a great significance,This paper summarizes the development of the smart grid, research the smart distribution grid form two aspects, the data communication of the smart distribution grid and the control theory. First this context summed up the smart distribution grid communication requirements, lists means of communication used in the distribution network and compare their advantages and disadvantages, and give the own meaning of intelligent distribution network communication. Secondly, this context introduces the intelligent multi-agent system with the power supply control method, and use the software to build ZEUS the MAS model, MATLAB/Simulink to build a distributed power supply and distribution network model, The simulation results show that, the grid operation can operate in the condition stably.
