Study On Production Process Optimization Of A Car Seat Manufacturer

For the automobile industry,the production process is the core technology of the enterprise.Therefore,production process optimization is an eternal topic for automobile enterprises,especially the automobile seat industry.Optimization of production process includes many aspects,such as MES system optimization,production process optimization,production management process optimization,process data recording and trace ability optimization and so on.Tools for optimizing the production process,such as VSM,brainstorming,modapts,MES,etc.This paper first analyzes and solves the problems related to the manufacturing process.First introduces several main points that should be used: the production mode of JIT and traditional production,the introduction and use of VSM,the background,usage and usage characteristics of modapts.This will prepare for the subsequent analysis of the problems of the S plant.This paper mainly takes S factory as an example to introduce its current factory layout,manufacturing process,products and other basic information.Through systematic analysis of the waste and other problems caused by the current production and manufacturing process in S factory.After the analysis of the problem,modapts and other tools are used to develop different versions of the optimization scheme.After the scheme is made,the optimal scheme is determined by KT analysis method.After the scheme is decided,the feasibility of the scheme is verified through a systematic method.Finally,formulate a systematic implementation plan and a regular review mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.Finally through the production process optimization scheme to achieve savings and business upgrading.By summarizing the actual situation of S factory and summarizing the deficiencies,the direction of subsequent production process optimization was worked out,so as to provide relevant experience for subsequent people with relevant business needs.
