Accessories Lean Management Of Automobile Assembly Plant

The cost management of the modern automobile manufacturing enterprise is focused on the cost control of parts and labor, and the importance of the cost of the auxiliary materials is often neglected. This thesis mainly focuses on the management of the auxiliary materials in automobile assembly workshop. Mainly from the accessories of the demand forecast management, ordering and storage management, the use of the process of cost control and other aspects.Through the actual investigation of the workshop at the scene, analysis of the main problems existing in the material management, prediction of the amount, inventory management, combined with material management and logistics management method was applied to the material management. The main work done by the author is as follows:At first, through according to quantitative and qualitative analysis, referring to co-ordinate the operation of the average number of prediction method, the linear regression prediction method of ration and non ration materials for research and analysis, the mathematical model is used to establish the related management.According to the actual data to verify the accuracy of the forecast. Following, in the order and storage, the use of regular quantitative, instantaneous replenish one's stock mathematical model of the scene space resources utilization rate of the highest order of the transportation cost is reduced, according to the optimal order cycle to achieve the effect of lean. Because of the particularity of the material, the best way to control the material consumption according to the consumption characteristics of different accessories is the characteristic of this thesis. At last, through the comparison of the data and analysis to verify the validity of these methods, to reduce the cost of the workshop, the author summarized in practical work. These methods can effectively improve the management of the auxiliary materials; reduce the cost for the workshop.Through the research of these aspects, to optimize the management of the auxiliary materials in the automobile assembly workshop, to reduce the cost and the effective utilization of the resources.
