| The modularized design of the substation is the core idea of substation design work for standardization in State Grid Corporation of China, is mainly divided according to the professional, then to the basic modules, common modules, sub module and so on. In the final design scale, the basic adjustment module is optimized to achieve the expected purpose of the scale. Modular Substation construction mode is a new intelligent substation construction mode, the concept of "resource saving, environment friendly and industrialization" and the characteristics of "standardized design, modular combination, factory processing and intensive construction". The modular design of substation is the development direction of standardization design in State Grid Corporation of China, which is of great significance to the realization of "integrating and standardizating" management.Compared to the conventional substation in northeast heavy frigid region, this paper carried on the design of low temperature modularized substation is more advanced, It solved such as the difficulties in winter construction of the construction, the cause the discharge insulators from the ice coating in the process of putting into operation, the inevitable problems and hidden troubles of protection equipment in alpine area from the source. This design improves the benefit of construction project, shorten the construction period, to overcome the extremely cold weather environment,elevates the benefit of infrastructure projects in the whole life cycle, provides the correct development direction for subsequent infrastructure project, reasonable to determine the project cost, evaluation of project price level of technical and economic indicators and effective control of the construction investment.Which is discussed the purpose and significance of the design of the low-temperature modularized substation and analysed of status and problems of conventional substation in the alpine area and expounded the advantages of modularized substation in the alpine region in this paper. It included substation planning,model selection of electric equipment,primary circuit,electricity repeated part and the design of the whole structure. In the design process, the concept of "resource saving, environment friendly and industrialization" is put forward, which is prominent in the building structure of modular substation and the characteristic design of equipment selection.It need more professional design, project feasibility study and approval process in Modularized Design of 66 k V Power Substations in low temperature in Hulan so that the modularized substation equipment exhibition and expected result is given in the end. At last, the author hopes that the design ideas in this paper have some reference value in the construction of power system in Hulan. |
