In recent years,smart power grid has been widely concerned by countries all over the world,which has also become the core of China's power grid modernization.Smart substation is the important foundation and support of strong smart grid,it is the source of power grid operation data collection and command execution unit,and is closely related to other links,it is an important guarantee for safe,high-quality and economic operation of unified strong smart grid,and it is also the main embodiment of smart grid automation features.In accordance with the state grid corporation on standard distribution type intelligent substation construction work "requirements,in accordance with the" standardized "design,factory processing,prefabricated construction pattern,adopts the modular secondary combination equipment,shorten the construction period,reduce construction personnel,simplify the maintenance work to achieve a second integration equipment factory production scale,integration,debugging,make the substation construction on the high-tech,low energy consumption,less pollution,intensification of road.The research content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Main primary equipment selection of intelligent substation: select the main electrical wiring,main transformer,220 kV equipment,66 kV equipment,station transformer and other primary equipment,all according to the current countermeasures requirements for selection,eliminate the family defects and other situations.The lightning-proof grounding of substation is calculated in detail.In addition,lighting,cable and fire protection facilities in the substation and arc suppression coil in the 66 k V networking system are designed.(2)Design of prefabricated cabin for secondary equipment of intelligent substation:optimize the structure and size of the secondary screen cabinet according to different voltage levels and equipment function classification,adopt the secondary device before wiring,put forward the layout plan of the prefabricated cabin,and adopt prefabricated optical cable outdoors to realize "plug and play".(3)Intelligent substation secondary equipment of outdoor environment adaptability research: through the region,such as sand climate temperature gap between day and night for outdoor secondary equipment scheme are analyzed,the simulation calculation and study,designed to adapt to the outdoor environment of the secondary equipment prefabricationcapsule and the type intelligent controller of temperature control system,structure,material,etc.(4)Main secondary loop design of intelligent substation: the system network composition,tripping mode,integrated power supply,online monitoring,production assistance and other systems are compared and the design scheme is proposed to meet the current new generation of intelligent substation construction needs.
