With the rapid development of China’s national economy,electrical energy has become one of the major power resources for social development.Substations play a role in undertaking power transmission and are an important part of the power system.Under the new situation,the power system demands more and more power quality and operational reliability.Traditional substations are difficult to adapt to new requirements and standards.Smart substations have the good features of digitizing equipment and integrating functions.Therefore,substation intelligence and modularization have become a new trend in the development of substations.This article takes the Fenglin 110 kV smart substation new construction project as the research goal,and analyzes the main problems existing in the Dean power grid: The110 kV power grid has insufficient capacity for transformation,and the load capacity ratio is low,so it is difficult to meet the social power requirements.Under the condition that the load-carrying ratio of the Dian 110 kV grid is low,the main transformer cannot reach the N-1 standard.The Dean change is located on the eastern edge of the network,in addition to being the core of the county’s 35 kV network,taking into account the load of other 35 kV substations at the same time,resulting in outstanding problems such as unreasonable structure,poor reliability of supply,and difficulties in improvement.Based on the above issues,Fenglin 110 kV intelligent substation construction was proposed.Fenglin 110 kV Smart Substation is constructed to solve the above problems,at the same time,it guarantees the economic development and the increase of power loads in the De’an region,and provides power supply guarantee and interval resources for the 35 kV network optimization construction.Firstly,according to the design rules of smart substations and the actual situation of Dean Power Grid,the primary and secondary intelligent systems of Fenglin 110 kV smart substation are designed and researched,and the intelligent equipment is selected through calculation and analysis.Combining the requirements of the “two-in-one” proposed by the State Grid of China,Fenglin Substation adopts modular construction and proposes design options and selections for prefabricated cabins,prefabricated optical cables,and civil and fabricated buildings.Finally,a series of prevention and control measures were taken for the environment problems generated by Fenglin 110 kV intelligent substation.The economic analysis of Fenglin110 kV intelligent substation was conducted.The construction of Fenglin 110 kV Smart Substation is in line with the planning and construction goals,and its construction isvery necessary.It can serve as a reference for future design and construction of other smart substations.
