Electricity is an indispensable energy in the information age. Power plant is the source of electricity generation. Especially in the northern regions of China, most of the power plant is cogeneration power plant. It can simultaneously produce thermal energy and electric energy, and can save fuel. So it is an indispensable unit of industrial production and civil life.The electrical design of thermal power plant is generally divided into the primary electric and the secondary electric. The primary electric is mainly contain the power supply of the internal equipment of power plant, the connection of the outlet of the generator and the sending out of the electric power. The secondary electric is mainly contain the measurement, protection and control of the internal equipment of power plant. The design of the primary electric of power plant is the key to ensure the reliability, economy and power quality of power supply. And directly affect the power plant electrical part of the design of the investment.Through the following aspects, this paper discusses the design scheme and the idea of the primary electric of the electric power plant:First, this article studies Electrical general design. It contains connecting design scheme of generator outlet line, the main wiring scheme of 220 k V high voltage power distribution equipment, analysis and design of the connection scheme of 110 k V starting backup power supply. According to the system impedance diagram, calculate the 220 k V high voltage distribution device, the generator outlet position and the short circuit current of the low-voltage side of the transformer. Through the calculation of the short-circuit current selection of transformers, circuit breakers, isolated switching conductors and other corresponding electrical equipment.Second, this article studies designing of power supply. Through the summary and analysis of the load, selecte the voltage level of the plant, the calculation of the high voltage transformer capacity. Planning of high voltage and low voltage power plant wiring scheme and the layout of high voltage and low voltage power distribution equipment. The calculation of plant voltage level and auxiliary power ratio. According to the accident security load, calculate the capacity of diesel generating set.Last, this article studies safety protection of power plant. The design scheme of lightning overvoltage and overvoltage of equipment is analyzed and equipment ground. Description of the safety program, such as fire prevention, explosion protection, electrical injury, mechanical injury, prevention of false operation and so on.According to the primary electric design for F power plant, ensure the stable and safe operation of F thermal power plant, Guarantee the stability of regional power grid. It will satisfy the needs of regional power and heating load, provides the basis for energy for the local economic development.
