In order to improve the environmental quality of the atmosphere,the state and some local governments have made more and more stringent emission standards for thermal power generation industry,and it is required to take measures to control the emission of pollutants.The Ministry of environmental protection and the National Energy Bureau of national development and Reform Commission jointly issued ",issued on the full implementation of clean coal-fired power plant emissions and inform the energy-saving work plan"(the UNCED No.[2015]164)and documentation requirements,requirements for the corresponding national environmental protection and related equipment of #1 unit third power plant in Baotou to carry out ultra clean emissions transformation.In this transformation,combining with the status quo of the scene and the unit power plant #1 unit,for denitrification,dust removal,desulfurization equipment power analysis,combined with the present situation and the requirements of environmental protection equipment,put forward technical route of equipment,and select the transformation route in the final two techni cal routes: to enhance the efficiency of electric precipitator maintenance + transformation wet desulfurization efficiency + add wet electrostatic precipitator SCR denitrification,after the transformation of the operational status of equipment performance testing.After the transformation by testing the performance of dust,SO2,NOX emission concentration of the total exhaust chimney entrance conversion were 4.6mg/Nm3,28mg/Nm3,42mg/Nm3,have reached the "thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards"(GB13223-2011)requirements,the requirements are in a reference oxygen content is 6%,SO2,NOX,dust emission concentration not more than 10mg/Nm3,35mg/Nm3 and 50mg/Nm~3 respectively requirements.#1 unit SCR reactor A side denitration efficiency 88.2%-89.5%,B side of the denitration efficiency of 87.4%-88.6% and collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is 99.8%;the total dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator and desulfurization absorption tower is 99.98%,the efficienc y of desulfurization system for 98.5%-98.9%.Total control: #1 unit soot,SO2,NOX annual emissions(in accordance with the design of the annual utilization hours for 4000 hours)were 25.76 tons,157.96 tons and 242.23 tons.The unit time by 4000 hours,after the transformation of the ultra clean emissions project,increase the cost of 0.0071 yuan per kWh,according to the environmental protection clean emissions price subsidies 1 / year,price subsidy income 19 million 490 thousand years,reducing the sewa ge charges to pay 1 million 830 thousand,static investment using the above two revenue recovery projects,is expected to 11.04 years the project investment will be recovered.
